FAQ

Is Tuya included with every RS36S order?

The catalogue identifies a Tuya-marked or Tuya-optional model. Confirm the app, wireless configuration, access functions and sample version before ordering.

What door measurements are needed for RS36S?

The catalogue lists 40–120 mm door thickness. Also send the door material, existing cutout, handing and mortise measurements; panel dimensions alone do not prove installation compatibility.

Can RS36S be supplied for my brand?

Logo, finish, packaging and selected function options can be discussed. MOQ, available documents, sample cost and lead time are confirmed against the selected version and order requirements.
